These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.JFPhotobooths.com and the services provided by JF Photobooths Fze, including the hire of Photo booths and related equipment for events.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms and policies referenced here. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Bookings and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. 50% of the total invoice fee is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the event.
Payment can be made via bank transfer.
Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to Jay@JFPhotobooths.com.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total hire cost.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, JF Photobooths Fze reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Liability and Damages

The Client is fully responsible for any damage or loss to the Equipment while it is on-site at the event.
The Client agrees to cover the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged or lost Equipment.
JF Photobooths will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Equipment or website.

6. Use of Equipment

The Client agrees to ensure that the Equipment is used properly and only for its intended purpose.
JF Photobooths reserves the right to refuse to provide services if the environment or conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the Equipment.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that there is adequate space and power supply for the Photo booth at the venue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of JF Photobooths or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from JF Photobooths.

8. Privacy Policy
